Homeowners now have the option to do online check-in. 
Guests are still required to check-in at the office upon arrival.  In case the office is closed, guest check-in sheets are located on a clipboard outside the office.  If you are staying long-term, but will be off property for the weekend or longer, please notify the office.  This is for security purposes and also helps to ensure the safety of everyone here on property.

Effective March 7, 2012, the House Rules and Rules for Homeowners & Occupants have been updated.  To review, go to the "Documents" tab above, then select House Rules.

Due to recent requests regarding the replacement of windows and sliding glass doors, Gary contacted Pacific Source and got new quotes.  Please see attached for pricing, and if interested, contact the office.
 

Whenever you are anticipating any remodeling of your unit, a "Request for Alteration" form needs to be turned in to resident manager, Gary Gonder. 
To locate this form, click on the "Documents" tab above, go to "Other Documents," and find "Request for Alteration Form."   
Also, should you need a list of licensed contractors here on Molokai, please contact our office.
 

Having an on-island representative is important, not only for insurance purposes, but for weekly or monthly checks of your unit to inspect for any leaks or water damages.  They also provide access to the unit in case of emergencies.  If you haven't done so already, please contact us with your on-island representative information.
