Having an on-island representative is important, not only for insurance purposes, but for weekly or monthly checks of your unit to inspect for any leaks or water damages.  They also provide access to the unit in case of emergencies.  If you haven't done so already, please contact us with your on-island representative information. 

Be sure to check-in at the office upon arrival and have your guests do so as well.  In case the office is closed, guest check-in sheets are located on a clipboard out front along with a drop box.  If you or your guest is staying long-term, but will be off property for the weekend or longer, notify the office.  This is for security purposes and also helps to ensure the safety of everyone here on property.
 
Also, please notify the office of any change in contact information.  This includes phone numbers, mailing address, email address, and on-island representative information.
